– 1 cup strawberry dipped in 1 tablespoon chocolate chip.

– 4 cups of unbuttered popcorn.

– ¾ cup lupine.

– 45 pistachios or 15 almonds.

– 1 medium apple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

– 1 tablespoon hummos with ½ loaf whole wheat pita bread.

– 1 rice cake with low fat cheese spread and fried fruits.
