Women’s Diet

The Women’s Diet is a specified program prepared to meet all the requirements in every single stage of a woman’s life. The program will enhance your physical well being in case of PCOS, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding. This is a comprehensive program consisting of weekly follow-up visits to the assigned dietitian who will be noting and charting your progress.

* The meal box contains; breakfast– lunch-2 snacks and dinner.

* The food selection will be made from a varied menu. The menu contains all the essential nutrients that play an important role in every woman’s diet, such as Calcium, Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamin A and C.
